Te' Chai Speziato Bashar's
With its warm and spicy flavor profile, Chai tea is a delightful complement to Italian desserts. The robust blend of cinnamon, clove, and black pepper enhances rich desserts. Creating a harmonious balance between sweet and bold elevating the overall taste experience of sweet deserts.
Ingredients: Black tea, Cinnamon bark, Allspice berry, Cardamom seed, Black peppercorns, Clove blossom, Ginger root, Vanilla bean, Star anise, Nutmeg
Directions:
· Boil Water – Bring about one cup (8 oz) of water to a boil. If using delicate teas like green or white tea, aim for slightly cooler water (around 175°F for green tea, 185°F for white tea).
· Choose Your Tea – Use one tea bag or about one teaspoon of loose-leaf tea. Place it in your cup or a tea infuser.
· Pour and Steep – Pour the hot water over the tea leaves/bag and let it steep:
- Black tea: 3–5 minutes
- Green tea: 2–3 minutes
- Herbal tea: 5–7 minutes
· Remove the Tea Bag or Leaves – Take out the tea bag or strain the leaves for a smooth sip.
· Enhance the Flavor – Add honey, lemon, milk, or sugar as desired.
· Enjoy – Take a moment to savor your freshly brewed tea!
